Bob, thanks for the great music, and keeping it going with V2. A couple of pics from the Surfin' To Baja 2003 cruise, a memorable event. Along with yourself, we also see Bob Bogle, Don Wilson, Nokie Edwards, Roger Fisher(Heart), Alan White(Yes). Neat story about the DC show with The Beach Boys, they put on monster summer mall shows back in the day.

Wow TuneFan, these were some time ago but we all had a great time on the cruise. I hope to do this again. We are working with our agency SRO Productions who have had interest in getting us on another cruise.

all the best,

Bob S.

Great to hear you are looking into another cruise, keep sg101 posted. Thanks again for your music, and taking time to answer questions. Will be on the lookout for V2!

Hello Bob;
I was in Vietnam last week and found out about the site pertaining to contributions and you post here. I am curious where V-2 is planning on performing. I hope to go to one of Don's last shows in Japan in SEP preferably the last one in Sendai, Tim W and I have discussed this also. That will be a busy time for me, my fiftieth HS reunion in Wichita is OCT 2 and then I am going to China on 19 Oct on a 16 day tour. Drop me a line anytime.

My wife and I have great memories from the Baja Cruise, and spending some time with you is definitely one of them. Eddie, Jimmy, and Pete of the Straitjackets were also fun company for casual conversation. The memories stay with me.

Best,
Conrad

I hope everyone isn't finished asking questions. I'd like to see some more, and read the answers. I'd just like to add right now that at least two jammers are hoping to be wearing our Coach custom V2 guitar straps in October at the 2015 Ventures Fan Fest, and we hope to see Bob and the rest of V2 there, if it can be arranged.

This is Noel. Reverb's at maximum an' I'm givin' 'er all she's got.
