I want to put a Fender Tremolo (one that says Fender on the plate) on my Squier VM Jaguar. I see several options from MIM, to MIJ, to MIA. I am willing to pay for the MIA if it is truly better, but if it isn't, I would like to save the money. Which one should I get?

Warning, If you order the one Jake posted. It does not include the arm. So says the 2 reviews.

I ordered one of these and, although it works great, the guy had to send me another arm than the one he initially sent:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/FENDER-AVRI-AMERICAN-VINTAGE-JAGUAR-JAZZMASTER-TREMOLO-ASSEMBLY-KIT-0054466000-/371122872780?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123
Apparently, the AVRI trem arms have changed over the years. The newer ones don't have as much chrome on them, making them narrower in diameter. So, an older AVRI trem arm (which this seller first sent me) has too wide of a diameter and won't fit the newer AVRI trems. My recommendation is that, whoever you order from, make sure that they fit the arm in the collet before sending it.

I'm not sure if the new ones are the AV'65, but an AV'65 vibrato is better than an AVRI/'62RI.
Better spring, better fit(probably because chrome things creates horrible manufacturing tolerances). FYI, this is why the AVRI bridges are not very reliable.

The ad says it doesn't come with the arm.

Apparently the reviewers saw the arm in the picture and assumed. I just wanted to point it out so no one else made that mistake.

Thanks guys, I ordered it. I also ordered the arm. And the arm doesn't come with a tip, so I called Fender to ask which tip, and they are sending me one free of charge. That was cool, but why they wouldn't include a tip that they sell for $2 is beyond me.

You can drill a hole in a die (dice) and make a trem arm tip ala Slacktone Dave.
