Stephen Blickenstaff surprised me with this trading card for fun. I just had to share. Look for a full set of Atomic Mosquitos trading cards in conjunction with a new album release later this yearimage.

Want!

Haha! That's fantastic!

FANTASTIC!!

The Coconauts actually made up trading cards and they were pretty darned cool, if you ask me. They were a big hit at our shows and I highly agree that a set of cards with your album would be FAN-tastic!

Excellent. We had the idea to do these early on, in the art style of the old Mars Attacks cards. But, frankly, we never could find an affordable and capeable artist, nor could we afford to put them together in the packaging like old-school trading cards the way we wanted. Who knows? Perhaps the future will allow it.

THE KBK ... This is the last known signal. We offer Sanctuary.

Cards would be preferable to POGS...... Big Grin Wow what a fantastic idea! Modern band cards with Legend cards as collectables. Nice thought! Thanks for sharing. Yes

I am not obsolete, I am RETRO.... Cool

Uh, what's a POG, I mean besides a cool pedal ?

They are cardboard circles about size of large coins. Kids play a game where they hit stacks of pogs and keep any that fall face up. It was popular in the 90s but the game goes way, way back to Hawaii in the 20s and 30s.

Please tell me the backs of the cards are puzzle pieces that form a bigger image of a mosquito!

Oh, yes. That would be perfect!

Be at one with the universe. If you can't do that, at least be at one with your guitar.

Trading cards would be fantastic for the modern surf musician and fan!

It`s always a question of money and what you are willing to pay as a band. Or what you can pay on your own for such funny stuff...

Would be nice to have an album with trading cards, button and sticker or something. At last you can not download the real stuff. Smile

...but maybe meanwhile there are programs for downloading even the surf musicians!? I don`t know... Smile

Twang cheers!
