Looks like a Little Lehle - they make great pedals. http://www.lehle.com/frameset.php?country=us&lang=en —'65 Fender Tremolux, '74 Princeton; 77 Vibrolux Reverb; '81 Princeton Reverb |

Yes, nedorama (btw your Bandmaster combo turned out awesome!) is right, it's a Lehle pedal. In fact it's a 'Lehle Parallel L' I use it to counteract the volume loss from the tank. I turn the mix on the tank on full and use the Lehle to blend the original guitar signal with the reverberated signal from the tank. And what's also cool is that I can set the volume of the send and return signal, so I can overdrive the front of the tank just a little to add some hair to the sound. I think it also increases the dynamics because the unaltered dry guitar signal practically bypasses the tank and goes straight to the amp (of course mixed with lots of verb! |

thanks Irv - very happy as well; JD Newell makes great cabs. It's also fun to watch people do a double take on it. Still have the original head cabinet, which I may use more now that I have my 64-65 Bandmaster back with speakers wired up and tilt back legs on it... Really like your setup. I may have to start saving for an outboard reverb... —'65 Fender Tremolux, '74 Princeton; 77 Vibrolux Reverb; '81 Princeton Reverb |

Got my cab back yesterday, wired up with Warehouse G12C speakers: Will be breaking in the Warehouse G12C's this weekend, both with the Showman head as well as the Dr. Z Mini Z. Have a show on 10/7, so want to get them well broken in by then. Caveats: Yes, I know my grill cloth isn't the best; this was my first attempt but wanted to get them speakers in and broken in. Since the rest of the tolex on the Showman head and the Bandmaster cab is fairly "road worn," I'll worry about it when I re-tolex head and cab and re-do the grill cloth. Big thing is that the front baffle now has wood touching the wood cleats inside the cabinet - no more grill cloth in-between, so that should help. Haven't put in insulation or batting; will see how it sounds without first. On the grill cloth, I'm guessing it's also something you get better at with practice... looks like I need to practice more! —'65 Fender Tremolux, '74 Princeton; 77 Vibrolux Reverb; '81 Princeton Reverb |

Nope, you've gotta upload the image to a host like Photobucket or Flickr and then you can post the picture. —The Phantomatics on Facebook |

Hello all, I am currently using a parts-caster I assembled, a Fender Champion 600 reiusse, a Fender reissue reverb unit and a Carl Martin Surf Trem pedal. The guitar has a Mighty Mite swamp ash body. I have a set of Fender 57/62 pickups with CTS pots and an old CLR 3 way. Using a .1uf cap. The neck is from an 1989 Fender American. I have not done any mods to the amp or the reverb unit. I did replace the tubes in the amp with Raytheon tubes. I swapped out the tubes in the reverb unit to RCA for the 12AT7 and 12AX7. Then swapped to put in an RCA 6k6. I forgot, I do run the Champion through the 1x15 speaker cab. I play at home thses days and this rig works fine. Thanks to the instructions Brian wrote about how to post pictures I got this one up here. Thanks Brian. Talk to you later, Last edited: Jul 01, 2012 01:08:52 |
